The deadline for receiving a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, May 17th at 4:00 pm. The scholarship packet must be completed and received by the deadline to be considered for the award.

The payment deadline for Summer Session I is Friday, May 24th at 4:00 pm. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment arrangement using E-cashier to take advantage of our payment options. Additionally, if you applied for Financial Aid make sure to confirm that you have been awarded by checking your SWTJC email account, Self-Service, or by contacting the Financial Aid office. The first day of classes will be on Monday, June 3rd.

Students interested in Summer aid should complete and submit (if not already processed) a 2023-2024 FAFSA by Sunday, June 30th. Summer aid requests are due Sunday, July 7th.
